How will my Tampurse be packaged?
All Tampurses will arrive in a black beautiful velvet drawstring bag for protection. It will then be packed in a bubble wrap envelope for postage.

Gift Wrapping
When purchasing for a gift, the Tampurse will arrive in a beautiful black velvet drawstring bag, wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a stylish gift box adorned with ribbon. If you would like a card to accompany your gift, please enter the wording in the notes area on checkout and we will take care of that for you too. Gift wrapping cost is $8.00

If you are purchasing 2 or more of the same Tampurse, however only require 1 tampurse to be gift wrapped, please process this order seperately in your shopping cart.

Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Orayo refund policy
At Orayo we pride ourselves on our customer service. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly refund the purchase price or exchange the item within a 3 day period. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by Orayo within 72 hours of your order being received by emailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . All returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase (invoice, bank statement, email confirmation). Shipping fees are non-refundable and any postage costs associated with returning the items is the responsibility of the purchaser.
