Orders - When you submit your order on this website, you are making an irrevocable offer to purchase the Orayo products you have ordered.
- Note that Orayo is not obliged to accept your order. Orayo may accept or reject your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, product unavailability, an error in price or product description or an error in the order that you have placed.
- Should Orayo not be able to fulfill your order due to product unavailability, you will notified of this and you will not be charged for this product.
- Delivery
- Orayo will arrange delivery of the goods you have ordered on this website, subject to their availability. Orayo delivers to most destinations around the world. The goods will be delivered to you by Australia post to the address that you have specified in your order. Expected delivery times are within 5 - 10 business days within Australia. For international deliveries, within 14 working days. Orayo does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been delivered.

- Returns and Refunds Policy
- Orayo will follow its own Returns & Refund Policy for returning products that you have purchased from Orayo using this website, pursuant to Statute or otherwise. You may have additional rights under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth), (or similar legislation). Our Return & Refund policy is not intended to limit your rights in any way under the applicable consumer protection laws.
- We will gladly exchange a product or provide a full refund when a product you purchased from us is found to be defective or faulty.

- You should return each product in its original condition and packaging, that is, as it was delivered, together with all documentation supplied at the time of delivery.
- Proof of purchase documentation must be supplied at the time of return to ascertain date and time of purchase.
- Subject to applicable laws, where more than 3 days have elapsed since you received the product in question, Orayo reserves the right not to accept return of such product.
- To return products, you will need to pay the return postage. The product must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase (invoice, bank statement, email confirmation). Once the product has been received in unused condition, we will gladly refund or exchange the product via the same method used for payment. - Prices, GST and Payment
